With all but a wee bit of sealant done on Saturday, we put the flat on gumtree and citylets. Sunday morning I headed round to the flat after dropping Lorraine off at her class.
Several phonecall, emails and one viewing later it looks like we have a tenant – just some references and deposit to sort out on Monday or Tuesday and that will be it!
