In more ways than one…
Glad to get back to work for a rest 🙂
Friday and Monday were spent at the flat – doing the last of the tiling in the kitchen and generally cleaning up a bit. Monday the new double glazing got fitted – what a difference!
Mike finished off his bits and pieces in the bathroom and the painter is coming to finish things off this week – a few wee ‘feenishings’ to do but otherwise will be viewable/rentable ASAP.
In between we had a nice wander in to town for some lunch on Saturday and a visit to mum’s on Sunday.
Still waiting for our mortgage advance to pay for the work at the flat (and our Canada trip) will write about that once we have it in the bank!
