A belated mother’s day treat on Saturday found us and mum at The Tower for lunch. Delicious food all round as expected!
After that there was no need for any evening meal other than some maltesers in the cinema as we watched Premonition followed by some Toast when we got home.
Sunday we met up with Helen and Andy at Cafe Grande in Bruntsfield. Nice bit of a cycle up loadsa hills to get there – followed by a circuitous route home to work off the cooked brekkie.
Then in the evening it was off to South Queensferry for a chippy.
